Raised hexagonal silicone grips sit on the outside of the sock, across the heel and forefoot. A dedicated grip-sock detail for your Pilates and yoga kit.

What size should I choose?
These socks come in One Size, listed for EU 34–39. One Size does not mean every foot: width and shape also affect fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering.
Where are the grips?
The raised hexagonal silicone grips are on the outside of the sole, across the heel and forefoot.
Are the toes separate?
No. They have a closed-toe shape with all toes together, plus a ribbed crew cuff and double contrast stripes.
Can I wear them to my first Pilates class?
They're grip socks for Pilates and yoga. Check your studio's sock requirements before class, as rules can vary.
How should I care for them?
Follow the care instructions on your socks or packaging. If a care label is missing, contact us before washing.
