These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Avenlife website, products, and related services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, packaging, measurements, and minor product details may vary because of display settings, supplier updates, or manufacturing changes. Availability is not guaranteed.

Product and wellness information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Compression products may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, reduced sensation, skin injury, unexplained swelling, or another relevant medical concern.

3. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the applicable currency are displayed before checkout where available. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected, we will contact you and provide available options. Payment is subject to authorization by the payment provider.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory or pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after capturing payment, we will refund the affected amount.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or materially harmful conduct. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction where a forum selection is legally permitted. This section does not limit mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in your place of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.
